Political will power is what is lacking most of all. Except of course when it comes personal gain. Whether this be money or some form of power. Perceptions would seem to show that a large portion of our political body is only in this game for the personal rewards and not for the concerns of the country or the people whom they promised to SERVE.
I agree with all of the issues Mr. Gibson brought up, but who is going to do anything about it? Certainly not that weak Prime Minister we have. It is no wonder they keep appointing him to "lead" the party. It gives them the opportunity to do as they will knowing full well there will be no repercussions. A very prominent example of this is Leslie Millers pathetic little analogy about beating women. This should have earned him a boot in the ass propelling him out onto the street and out of politics forever! However nothing was done except an insulting attempt to buy an apology.
But, where is our the peoples political will? I do not believe they truly know their power in all of this.
