My heart goes out the the **child** and the child's family. <br/>
I understand that the 73 year old lady has dementia, but ultimately since he knows that, the son **should have** been more responsible for the dog. Knowing that his mom can sometimes accidentally leave the gate open, why not have the dog tied in the yard (hopefully near a dog house) so that the animal can go in the shade near food and water. <br/>By your own admission, you are aware of your mom's dementia and therefore, the **responsibility of securing the animal is actually the son's**... in a reasonable world that is.

Well, what is dis? Why in the world do we need to pay for him to come here? Are we just everyone's fool? <br/>
What would be the purpose of him coming? They gat to be Kidding! SMT

Please get rid of this idea. This sounds like another way for the government to **waste more money** for the criminals to just remove the device, just as many have outsmarted the ankle monitor. <br/>
Not every solution should mean spending a bunch of money! Sigh

Transparency and accountability are definitely needed in this matter. The government has a lot to answer for.

Elder abuse has definitely been going on for too long and needs to be corrected. <br/>
I can't imagine someone living with a loved, taking them to the hospital and never coming back for them. That is really deplorable behavior.

Maybe it's the managers who need the suspension, if they actually approved it. Can I as a worker go to the boss and say I am putting in paperwork for half a million in overtime and get it approved? *I would get laughed out of the room*. **So who are these managers approving these things**???
