Well, the guy recording should call the police immediately. Let the police break into the car. (Then again, with our slow police force, it's a good thing that the officials there opened the car.) According to Stanford Medicine "a car's interior can heat up by an average of 40 degrees F within an **hour**."
https://med.stanford.edu/news/all-news/…
So *no*, it wouldn't be 7 to 8 times hotter in a matter of **minutes**.
Nonetheless, this was a dangerous and careless act. Wasn't it just a year or 2 ago that a preschooler died in Nassau after being accidentally left in a vehicle? (It seems that people never learn!)
http://www.tribune242.com/news/2017/feb…
Everyone with a Note, Cube or similar vehicle should take **note** of how many accidents these vehicles have been getting in lately. I think because they are smaller vehicles, people overestimate their ability to quickly maneuver around traffic... usually to their demise unfortunately.
Condolences to the victim's family.
This is just optics. Sands knows he's under heavy criticism so he wants it to **appear** that he's doing something. I have a strong feeling nothing much will come of this. They are just too lousy.
This man talks and talks and talks! But does nothing! Sands is possibly the worst Minister in that cabinet.
Geez Minnis, you really couldn't do any better than him? Really?

To be honest, the PLP **and** FNM have credibility issues. I'm sure that a "discussion" is about as far as Minnis will go with this also. SMH
