Wow. What a silly defense strategy! **HIV (just like any other STI) is not transmitted in 100% of cases**. That's just basic science! So saying you have HIV and if the victim doesn't get it, does not automatically make you innocent. Sigh [Do you have a credible alibi to prove you were somewhere else?
