Agreed. Anyone can have an accident. If it is an "accident" you should STAY on the scene. <br/> If you're running from the scene, something is WRONG and you should be punished much more severely!

Only he who feels it knows it and you're trying to look out for the welfare for your constituents once again. <br/><br/> As a side joke, maybe Minnis could have donated his travel expenses for his "VAT defense island tour" on school uniforms. The government wastes money when it wants to. At least this is for a good cause.

Maybe you are under the influence, stole the vehicle being driven, driving without a license, etc. Whatever the case, the current penalties for hit-and-runs are a joke! <br/> If it was truly "just an accident" the person would stay on the scene.
