While we are at it, let's blame "Brave" for cancer, hurricanes, Covid and Russian's war of aggression in Ukraine, too.

If the court sends this woman to jail, then we truly have lost all concept of what "justice" is.

Her reason is simple, sheeprunner12 - one party to a contract cannot unilaterally change the terms of the contract without the other's consent. This is very basic contract law.

Birdie, the government cannot unilaterally change the condition of a contract. That is basic contract law 101. Belinda is doing nothing wrong here - in fact, she is doing what she is paid to do as President.
Now, if the government believes that there are benefits to switching to bimonthly payments, then they need to discuss that with Belinda - not simply announce it in the press.

This article is about none of the three.

It matters a lot actually. If they were employees, then that implies systemic, intentional and institutional corruption - the whole system is rotten to the core. If they were not employees, then it is the case o f a few criminals, who were able to gain access to a secured facility due to the ineptitude of others.
Big difference in how the government can frame this.
(Not trolling by the way...)

I sweat you all need some critical thinking skills. Sigh:
1) JCNP lacks the legal authority to cancel Junkanoo - it is illegal for them to do so;
2) AG Pinder advised JCNP that they lacked authority and will be held responsible should something happen, as the AG should do;
3) Communications Director said that PM Davis has no hand in this - and of course why would the PM waste political capital on a silly matter as to who is the "true Valley Boys" when the immature leaders of the group themselves can't determine that
4) Davis correctly urges JCNP to allow both groups to participate in the same category as the matter is before the courts - again, the correct thing to do
5) PM releases statement saying Junkanoo should not (and legally cannot be cancelled).

Trying to figure out what people think the mischief is here.
