As I am one of those individuals who's family members are still missing, I am satisfied that the government with assistance from the US Coast Guard and other agencies are doing what they can given the current circumstances and conditions on the ground. As to the reports of rampant looting? yes there have been a couple of isolated incidents reported but fake news thrives in this country!
Good idea to air drop food and water and I'm sure that has been taken into consideration.
By the way, how many tins of food, bottles of water, blankets ,tarps, baby food and diapers, money etc have you donated if any?
As for news and support for those poor suffering people, why don't you make a fresh start with something positive for a change or if this is beyond you, again just please shut up!

Some people obviously have nothing useful or meaningful to contribute and nothing better to do than bash the Government who incidentally have responded beyond expectation. Likewise some of us who are still trying to locate loved ones could really benefit from some positive commentary rather than have to read BS from the Apocalypse Now advocates. If you don't have something useful or encouraging to say please just shut up.

Shame on you Davis and Miller for attempting to gain political mileage off the distress and discomfort of the sick and elderly.
And shame on you Mrs Moxey for pandering to their shameless grandstanding. Is two battery powered table fans now the going rate for a political photo opp? Lady, you does sell yaself cheap!

Birdie where you is?? Not a peep, cheep, squawk or cluck, well muddos!

You are incorrect Sir,
if your generator is rated Prime, not Standby, you can indeed use it as your primary power source with short periods off line for maintenance purposes.
Unfortunately with the cost of diesel you can't run your generator indefinitely for less than what you pay BPL.

Amen brother, all good things come to those who wait, provided that those who wait work like hell while they wait!

Why does the Tribune even give this ass the time of day? He contributes nothing to the solution or the conversation except more negative comment and attitude when he's hardly qualified to change a light bulb himself.
The little bit of sense he had must of been knocked out of him when his Union brothers beat the snot out of him all those years ago.
Please sit down and shut up, you and your henchmen Have been and still are a big part of the problem at BPL!
