This Neanderthal calls himself a Man of God???
Then God help all those misguided souls who look to the Bishop for spiritual and moral counselling and comfort.
Sexual consummation may a requirement for the marriage to be legal but not a right given under the law. There is no statute law of this country, nor any Biblical "law" that gives any man the "right" to forcibly take what isn't his, a woman's body, unfortunately we have far to many men of Bishop Hanchells' view that when you marry a woman she immediately becomes their property or chattel and to expect to be treated as such.
Make you wonder how they must think of their own mothers and sisters, sick people.

@JohnBrown1834,
Great ideas, why don’t we go whole hog, all da way, no turning back, and get rid of all the white people while we at it? After all they don’t contribute anything, don’t socialize with black peoples, just live off the sweat of their labors, tell all a dem to carry dey ass.
Don’t forget to collect reparations from dem before you let dem leave, Obie and we treasury counting on it.

Boy, we’re really getting a lot of bang for our buck from our recently appointed and handsomely paid crime consultants and violence interrupters.
All kind of stuff going down in the “Negroes” back yard and not a word from his usually running mouth, mussy looking after his coconuts and bananas.

With all due respect and sincere condolences to Mrs DiPlacido’s family.
The statement by Mr Moulton is confusing and the information doesn’t jibe with that disseminated by the local authorities, his sudden decision to close down operations is also curious. No business, no liability??
Is Mr Moulton Bahamian and if not how is he able to operate a beach tour and snorkeling company or are there Bahamians fronting for him?
There’s more to this than meets the eye.

The sleaze bag Wilchcombe has degenerated from wannabe extortionist to full time beggar.

Makes you wonder about the mentality of an electorate that would vote for someone of his ilk.

Wilchcombe, you need to slither back under your rock and stay there.

During the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge visit in March of this year Brave Davis was quoted as saying;
“As we approach almost 50 years of sovereignty, the United Kingdom continues to be one of our closest friends and allies. Honourable members may not be aware that, each year when hurricanes threaten us, the United Kingdom continues to provide essential support by following hurricanes with British Navy vessels, to provide vital rescue and relief efforts."

One has to wonder what will be the state of this relationship if we move to a Republic and the UK no longer has any obligation to a country that told them to carry their ass.

Excellent letter! Will our government have the political will to table and pass progressive legislature that speaks to this matter and women's equality in general?
Will the Christian Counsel and Bible thumping evangelicals climb down from their ivory pulpits and misogynistic soap boxes and change their scripture cherry picking ways?
I somehow doubt it, but as they say, hope springs eternal!

One thing that every boat should have plenty of on board is ropes which incidentally make very serviceable tourniquets as do towels as compression bandages, when properly applied. Likewise, every pleasure boat, never mind a vessel engaged in commercial passenger transportation or for charter, should have a first aid kit onboard and the captain should at least have had rudimentary training in basic first aid procedures one of which is how to apply a tourniquet.
What is needed is more stringent regulations and more comprehensive training governing the granting of charter or tour boat licenses as many of the operators know little more than how to drive the boat and anchor it.
Watching some of the attempts at anchoring stern to the beach at Rose Island by so called charter crews, especially in windy and choppy conditions, is quite entertaining.
As for the defense force, they rarely if ever leave the confines of the harbor where they are quite content to harass weekend boaters going about their business while conveniently ignoring all the wake law violators that keep everything not tied down on your boat on the deck, or staying moored at the dock at the Margaritaville Beach Resort at The Pointe.
