A good portion of the already unsustainable level of our national debt is attributable to the IDB's stakeholders aggressively 'selling' to our corrupt political leaders 'loan after loan after loan', of one kind or another, for so many things over so many years. And just look at what what we have today to show for all of the many loans the IDB has aggressively 'sold' to our corrupt political leaders to accept - NADA!!
The Bahamian people should be telling the IDB to take its 'big fat lending tit' away from the heavily sucking lips our corrupt political leaders because most of the loans they are aggressively selling to our nation are really for the benefit of the foreign constituents they represent who are bleeding our nation dry while leaving us holding the bag of loans to repay, e.g., the greedy 'all-for-them' cruise ship industry owners and operators who pollute our environment and contribute so little to our economy. The IDB will always be ever so much more concerned about their interests and the interests of those they truly represent rather than the Bahamian people.
Good one! The UN has lost all credibility because it simply beats up on smaller nations and never ever speaks out against China as the most polluting nation by far on our dying planet.
