Both Gibson and Ash should be serving hard time in prison, ideally in the same prison cell. The Courts finding that Gibson and his lawyers deserve a huge windfall pay day at great expense to the already over-burdened Bahamian taxpayers is laden with the disgusting scent of Vomit Christie, Cruel Davis and Puppet AG Pinder. And just think how this outcome emboldens others like Chester the Jester and Cruel Davis himself.

Since 1973 our independent nation has exported many billions of dollars worth of sun, sand, sea, fun and relaxation for our foreign visitors.

Sadly though most of this wealth has gone into the pockets of corrupt government officials and their select few very greedy and privileged private sector cronies who have partnered with the foreign owners and operators of the "all-for-me" monstrous floating hotels (cruise ships) and largest land based hotels like Atlantis and Baha Mar in exchange for outrageously generous concessions of one kind or another.

Meanwhile, the vast majority of our relatively small population of less than 400,000 Bahamians, all of whom should be enjoying a great quality of life and high standard of living, with a war chest of soverign wealth to cope with natural disasters like hurricanes, are left financially strapped and taxed to death with a huge unsustainable amount of national debt ominously hovering over us.

The White Paper you propose must emphasize fixing our rigged economy so that the very corrupt and privileged few are no longer able to steer most of the great wealth from our nation's natural resources into their own pockets.

Super greedy foreign enterprises like the "all-for-me" cruise ship operators/owners must not be allowed to continue pocketing the lion's share of all that our natural heritage offers their passengers while most of us Bahamians live in abject misery. Our economy has been rigged for decades against most Bahamians and that's just patently wrong and must be fixed.

Legislation by elected officials should never be used as a workaround for the constitutional intent of the people. Getting on that most slippery slope assures the eventual taking away of all of our constitutional rights and freedoms by a corrupt and elitist political ruling class in order to achieve their desired absolute authoritarian power and control over us. Our Constitution exists to protect us from the sinister and evil among us. Without it you can kiss the voice of the Bahamian people and the constitutional democracy of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas good-bye forever more. Always keep that foremost in mind.

Our derelict and dilapidated Downtown areas are nothing but a manifestion of decades of failed economic policies by successive corrupt and incompetent PLP and FNM governments alike. Years of kowtowing to the extremely greedy "all-for-me" business model of the cruise ship industry has virtually destroyed Downtown Nassau.

And now that property values have been largely vapourized, we see the corrupt vultures swooping in to feast. These vultures include the Turkish principals behind Global Ports Holding who will be partnering with the cruise ship operators/owners and the privileged few corrupt Bahamians who have garnered a significiant ownership stake in the Nassau Cruise Port ('NCP') through a fake public offering involving the corrupt Bahamas Investment Fund 'BIF'), control of which Minnis turned over to Anthony Ferguson and his Greek master with none other than Ed Fields sitting on the BIF board as one of their favourite mouth pieces. And lets not forget Michael Maura who has had his own very secretive personal business dealings with NCP going on behind the scenes.

Yup, here we clearly see the really corrupt and greedy private sector vultures among the very wealthy politically-connected elite, who have been hovering over the dead carcass of Downtown Nassau for quite some time now, moving into action with the corrupt, incompetent and cruel Davis and Cooper led PLP administration.

These corrupt and greedy vultures are looking at new ways to encourage and manipulate our equally corrupt and greedy elected officials into positioning the select privileged few to gain de facto ownership and/or control of most of the Downtown properties for pennies on the dollar with Bahamian taxpayers picking-up most of the price tag for the developments they propose, which if they materialise, would line the pockets of the same 'ole wealthy few and leave most Bahamians with only low menial paying jobs.

This one statement by you proves two things about you: (1) You lack common sense, and (2) you are full of the worst kind of empathy there is on our planet today ....... the kind of misguided empathy induced by years of WOKE indoctrination.

Just think about the consequences of the New World Order that corrupt politicians partnering with corporations controlled by billionaire oligarchs are trying to achieve with their WOKE indoctrination programme.

The corrupt and elitist ruling class of globalists want nothing more than for all nations with a constitution guaranteeing the fundamental rights and freedoms of their people in a constitutional democracy to allow the shredding of that most sacred and protective document by way of legislation. And this is because all such documents stand in the way of what the sinister and evil and elitist ruling class of authoritarian globalists are trying to achieve. They want complete control over the people.

Power hungry men like SLOP, Vomit Christie, Tyrant Minnis and Cruel Davis would have passed legislation banning all future elections and declaring themself supreme ruler of The Bahamas for the rest of their life had it not been for the protections afforded us in our Constitution. As it stands many of our constitutional rights and freedoms were viciously assaulted in a most horrible and terrible way during the pandemic. Tyrant Minnis as our PM, being the sick-headed authoritarian medical doctor that he was, probably would have also passed legislation declaring that all of his Bahamian minions must be jabbed at least 6 times or more a year with God only knows what dangerous experimental drugs aimed at population control.

Bottom line: All right minded Bahamians must fight ferociously to preserve the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution, our most sacred and protective legal document that can only be amended by the people in a duly held national referendum and **not** by a corrupt and elitist ruling class of politicians whose interests are not at all aligned with the wishes of the type of constitutional democracy the Bahamian people wish to live under.

I suspect the better and certainly the less problematic process is for the present government to fix these and other issues through legislation, even if someday a despot leadership changes it.
