Now that cruel Davis has appointed Winder as Chief Justice, we have no judiciary that would ever buck the current corrupt PLP government's will on anything.
> Asked if as the finance minister he was ready to do what needs to be done in regards to tax reforms for compliance, the Cat Island, Rum Cay and San Salvador MP said he just wants nations like ours to be treated fairly.
Is he kidding?! When has cruel and corrupt Davis himself ever treated the Bahamian people fairly?
Ryan Pinder has not even received a full and proper accounting of the total costs government has incurred to date in connection with this oil spill. Nor has he made any effort to inform the public which laws were broken, delineating between those involving civil actions to recover costs and impose penalties and those involving criminal conduct warranting the pressing of charges, imposition of hefty fines and/or a possible prison term for the individuals found guilty of breaking the law in a most serious way.
Why didn't The Tribune's news reporter (Leandra Rolle) ask Ryan Pinder to comment on these matters in much greater detail?
Come on.....give Chester the Jester a break. He didn't get into politics to serve the Bahamian people; he got into politics to greatly enrich himself. Negotiating his share of 'the action' in exchange for government giving away the Lucayan property with cruel Davis's blessing is just taking Chester the Jester a little longer than he had originally bargained for.
Chester the Chester is just asking for too much if you catch my drift. And he did not appreciate that the entire board of directors and executive management team of the Elecktra America Hospitality Group would be so terribly concerned about the possible ramifications for themselves of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
This killing is consistent with Fernander's order to his officers that they immediately shoot to kill anyone seen bearing a firearm, no matter what the circumstances may be. Keep that in mind when armed with your licensed shotgun trying to fend off trespassers on your property late at night threatening harm to your family. If your wife calls the police and they arrive at your home to find you standing there holding your shotgun in a non-threatening way, you are still as good as dead.
Davis will never get any respect on the world stage because his reputation precedes him. And that of course does not augur well for The Bahamas in these most difficult and challenging times.
