I use online when in Nassau. Where I live in the island there is a very limited internet with BTC - when it is on it is extremely slow ifworking at all. I paid Cable Bahamas the deposit to connect six years ago. Their deal to open in the Bahamas was that every home on every island would be connected. However, there are no near neighbours and so they will not install a node so tthat I would have television and internet. They say that I will never be connected as they won't make enough to justify the value of the node even though their cable runs by and on my property. Thus online banking is just not a feasible option. Keeping a physical banking system open for elderly customers who are not comfortable with online banking and those like me who will not be able to do this is essential. I have been with them for over 50 years and am not happy with this bad decision.

Their meddling in the practical side of the living only causes dissention, confusion and bias. However, each to their own - most Bahamian followers who do so without question confuse faith with superstition even at the best of times.
