When I found that a portion of a building that I manage was sublet to island luck it was beyond belief that either island luck or the tenant who did the illegal subleasing would not think to contact the owners or manager of the property to verify the acceptability of this arrangement. That is the way they appear to think and operate. I have no patience for that type of activity and lack of respect for laws of tenancy and respect for the owner. They were both summarily evicted. The undesirable element that would hang around and litter the area, bother other tenants and the customers of those other tenants immediately moved on elsewhere.
Can this witless C*(u)nt who preys on the woes of the poor, the penniless and those with sugar apple dreams really say that he is contributing to anyone else but himself and the plp?

The only tremendous that the PLP government achieved was a royal screw up of a great project that was in good and capable hands and to give it away - something that they did not own to a shady bunch of red crooks.
The plp has been out of their minds for decades and the sad fact is that hopeless people who have relied upon their profit because of alliegence to a despotic control will still never show that they are wrong wrong Wrong just for a bottle of rum, a T-stirt and a small monetary handout. Our government does not want our Grass Roots to become more intelligent or to think for themselves. It would only hurt the government by suggesting that people think for themselves with pointed acuity and reasoned thought.

What a great move! Nassau needs to do this also. All we see on the airport road is garbage - the greater part of it being styrofoam products. Personally, any fast food purchases are made on the point that they are NOT styrofoam packed. If they are, then they lose my business. R. D. Sands
