The red chinese - owners of the British Colonal and that disgusting Pointe have been instructing certain persons to be on the look out for such properties and to persuade slash priced sale.
When building anything in this salt infused air and quite possibly unwashed sand and granite it is wise to employ the use of Fibreglass Rebar rather than steel. It will not rust, corrode, expand and crack with salt incursion and though slightly more expensive well worth the difference in structural integrity and longevity.
