This is what it should be about! Not a 'High'way to nowhere but substantial and methodological use of a useable material that is replenishable and will help in the absorption of carbon and methane from our planet and have oxygen producing, labour absorbing and GDP raising prospects.
My input is on the uses of hemp for undustrial purposes. CBD oil for the benefit of animals and even humans who have distemporate normal faciities and that which use might help their conditions. There are children born "Blue Blood" whose anamorphic conditions would well be controlled by CDB. This is not about getting high - it is about help for conditions not otherwise medicated or even should non THC hemp be grown for food stock, clothing, areas of building and structure. Come on - growing hemp for just getting high and 'religious ' purposes is just stupid. Use a natural ground grown product for future use and often for what it was previusly used before being banned.
The north side of Bay Street is all reclaimed land anyway. All buildings that are there now would otherwise be in the harbour. The harbour did extend to the south side of Bay Street, so this new idea is only an extension of an old idea!
What about the publicly owned buildings that fall victim to fire and causes borne by lack of maintenance. They seem to be uninsured - and the government holds these buildings in the public trust.
It was disgusting to find the trolls brought in by Disney and certain government officials - (who we know who they are and have been paid of by disney) to deny true facts about the degeneration of the area for a profit for few. Some will get paid off, some might have janitor jobs, but most will go to disney employees who are paid less than cleanup maids and the lions share goes to the company. Disney has a terrible record of righting its wrongs, and its sight as much as they say otherwise is the bottom line and when things go wrong they run like the bandits that they are and look for another sucker to plunder

NO WAY! Let China try and screw up its own country not ours. They want everything their way. Acceding to their pressure is unacceptable ever.
