Hi Tribune, No article on the granting of Permanent Residency of $500 for Haitians in our country by the PLP? If they don't qualify for Citizenship, why should they qualify for Permanent Residency????

How is property tax even justified? When we buy the property, we pay VAT on the sale price....then every damn year, the gov wants property tax...this needs to stop!!!!!

Gov need to stay out of our financial business. TAX on every damn thing. Every time you buy a house, you pay gov. Every time you sell a house, you pay gov. What the hell does gov do to deserve this TAX? Gov does not help mentain the value of my home or pay for any repairs. We pay this damn gov TAXES on our homes, cars. food, bills, water, electricity, cable and soon AIR when they figure out how to track it. Why property Tax????? Wonder how many politicians pay their taxes
