It's over - vaccine facade has been seen through. Vaccination does very little to stop COVID in the medium to long term. Omicron poses the impossible messaging question to medical professionals - boost more because the omicron evades vaccines or boost because vaccines don't efficacy doesn't last... Either way you look at Vaccination is not the answer...anyone with half brain can smell the BS... Meanwhile natural immunity continues to be the only solid protection against future variants and we're not even tracking it because....well I guess because it's free..

The new variant is very very mild - politicians and medical professionals should looking for this to be their out..back to ‘normal’ but feels like they ve gotten used to the lime light…and comfortable in their new role as ‘the boys that cried wolf’

Apparently the main symptoms are "extreme tiredness" and a "scratchy throat" - no loss of smell or taste, no reduced oxygen issues, limited hospitalisation... Basically sounds like the symptoms of long Saturday night...but watch they raise the panic levels...

Like I said months ago we re one variant away from complete vaccine immune escape…rendering the whole program - mandates, passports, etc useless. Natural immunity and focused protection has and is the only way to deal with covid. It’s embarrassing to watch politicians and medical professionals keep trying to move the goal posts around in light of a reality that has been pretty obvious from the get go…or is this really about control // saving face in the light panic policies that did more harm than good…?

Sorry but come on…100%?!

If you've already had covid, getting vaccinated is, at best, a pointless waste of time.

If you're already vaccinated, you're still going to contract covid, eventually.

If immunity passports make any sense, they should only apply to those with natural immunity.

Portugal, with 88% fully vaccinated, the highest rate on Earth, has now returned to a "state of calamity" with mask mandates, vaccine passports, and mandatory testing to enter certain accommodations.

Alas, there's no vaccine for hysteria.

Free advice - if you're old, obese, immune compromised but vaccinated, wearing a mask and socially distancing basically don't travel avoid crowds - you're still in at risk - They have not found a way to protect you for sure. The rest of society get on with your life...COVID has never really been a risk to you no matter what you did..

COVID meet Benadryl...

It's going to be really embarrassing for the governments and medical professionals around the world if it turns out that antihistamines might be an effective treatment against COVID...

The problem existed a long time before covid but pandemic panic and policies that effectively cratered our economy and put people and businesses out of work for months has further compounded this situation.
