this is not the end of the world. how long can humans live with out food? if their survival instinct ain't activated as yet. then it is their time. what i see when this is behind. we will have some slim, trim and healthy persons in the bahamas. to survive. put your mind in this position: "being lost at sea, for seven days, with only rain water"
i understand what the government is doing and i am for it....but i am now convince that they are going about it the wrong way..here is my view:
shut down the country for thirty days. before that happen, have all food stores, water company and depo and pharmacies convert to delevieries. for the less fortunate, instead of giving them that stipen they get each month. social service setup a contract with major food stores to create a package of the basic items(oil, rice, tuna, sardine paste ect. and deliver to all the persons each week that social service have on their list. that way far less persons will be on the streets for that month. my 5 cent
were you successful in paying you bpl bill on line? i tried but they said you need a pin. give you a number to call for pin. no one never answer phone.
What are BPL gaining at this time of crisis, by disconnecting customers light? They will still be unpaid until crisis is controlled and people back to work. With light off that means some water is off also, leading to germs begin to grow and people getting sick which put more pressure on hospitals, nurses and doctors ect.
Some one need to show bpl managers including Bannister , the light that they are wrong and to fall in line with the rest of other corporations and companies that set relief terms for the the effective citizens.
are the banks asking to close? who ask the question? half the time especially on week ends the machines not excepting deposit or not spitting out money. if people can not have money they cannot go to food store, not buy medicine ect so those stores will have to close too
mr bethel for get to drink his his medicine i guess
