Can someone explain to me, Why Super Value have workers changing prices on Items that is already price and stock on shelves for a while. Is it legal?

Also I notice a price change at same company when I pickup a pack of chicken wings that was package in their white form cost $6.plus. went to butcher's cage and ask for wings be place in
a plastic bag instead of white or yellow form, when I got it back the price was $5 plus. So folks
