I know the other driver and that he is actually the cause of the accident. I know it's tempting to jump to conclusions but this man will not wear his glasses and is obviously suffering from dementia. I suggest we retest older drivers for vision and reflexes at the minimum. Just because you have a driver's licence doesn't mean you should be driving.

Actually I know the other driver and he is the cause. His licence should have been revoked years ago.

“I am asking for confirmation of what has happened to my client, copies of all relevant papers relating to his arrest, detention and eventual removal from the Bahamas if in fact that has occurred, confirmation of where he was sent to and confirmation that he was provided with financial means." Everything there seems reasonable except for providing him with financial means. If the Bahamas provided every deportee with financial means we would go under.

I have never heard of a case of the Bahamas deporting a Bahamian to another country. If the story doesn't make sense it most likely is a lie. A Bahamian would have been able to prove his citizenship already. Fred's carefully choreographed and recorded dramatics don't sway me either. People who have legal status can have it revoked if they commit a crime for example -even citizenship can be revoked. I suspect we haven't heard the whole story but I suspect Mr Charles never bothered to regularize his status.

'We don’t have an accurate count but we were told between 10 to 12 persons were let go.' How damn hard is it to get an accurate count? If it sounds like bullshit it most probably is. I am pretty sure he wasn't told people would be fired if the board feels like it. This trouble maker needs to make way for a real trade unionist who will fight for his membership with facts and the law instead of his attempts to sway the public with unverifiable stories.

Where did you read that? I suggest you reread his statement and stop acting as if you are one of Birdie's personas.

I want to know if he actually did the work. Or was he just paid and then the contract(s) cancelledd?

Apparently Davis' brother was paid in full for the cancelled contracts. Who do I believe now?
