Cuz your desire to insult is not allowing you to answer positively. What does a car estimate gotta do with a man makin up a number without showing the facts. Who did he get this estimatee from which mechanic? However I do not know a lot about fiscal budgets and finance etc. Also I have not been in the House of Assembly to know the exact details that were presented and discussed therefore I have no right to argue as I have no evidence to back my argument that he didn't give details.
