So the price of the shelter has doubled, the roof that is supposed to withstand a major hurricane has collapsed during a simple rainstorm, and the "contractor" who is building it has no other work featured on their website other than this single building.

Something doesn't sound right here.

There are very few things the yellow team or the red team are good at. Almost nothing in fact. Their one common skillset though, is that they are experts at spending money in order to accomplish nothing, and then spending more money to cover up their first mistakes, then spending even more money to cover up the cover up, and then pretending like they did nothing wrong and don't owe anyone anything.

There is literally no downside to this, or any reason not to support it, unless you have something to hide. You are a public official. Your records should be public, it is a simple thing.

Is he stupid? How did he get this job? Let me guess, he has been there the longest and has been automatically promoted in to that position. The overall revenue of an organization has absolutely no correlation to employee morale. A first week stupid in business courses can tell you that.

The Tribune could save a ton of money by laying off all of their reporters, and just printing the same headline every day. "The govt is urged to act on ___________". Let the readers fill in the blank part. The paper would be completely accurate every day of the year.

You know nothing about how businesses work. How are you justified in dictating to them, who run successful businesses, how to to operate, when you, the govt, have a eight figure net deficit every year? You are demonstrably the least qualified to give business advice.
