That isn't a swing set, that is a bunch of pipe someone welded together and didn't anchor to the ground properly. Whoever authorized this work is 100% at fault here.
Livery drivers, taxi drivers, and bus drivers are absolutely the most entitled and out of touch professions. You drive a taxi, you aren't a brain surgeon. If you want a better job to be able to make more money, you need a job that requires more brain power than remembering the route from the airport to Atlantis.
So many fatal accidents could have simply been minor accidents if people were wearing their seatbelts. I'd venture do guess if the police actually bothered to enforce drunk driving laws, and cellphone use while driving, and people started wearing seat belts, we'd so nearly zero traffic fatalities.
Translation: "We've done next to nothing for the past fifty years, aside from enabling the drug trade that fuels the gangs, but now we're doing something about it! Pinky promise! BTW, do you want to buy a bridge?"
Please please please please. BPL has to go. They've had nearly 75 years to get their act together, and can't seem to figure it out. You'd have to have scrambled eggs for brains to expect them to turn things around now.
