Hotel/Casinos are a net benefit to the country, providing jobs and increasing the GDP. Numbers houses are a leach, sucking the lifeblood from the country. Why exactly are they legal again? Didn't the majority of the country vote against legalization?

There is a term often used in the telecom work. Two is one, one is none. You don't deploy services or claim to have a "network" if you only have one cable or device servicing customers. Now it seems that BTC and Cable have interpreted this wrong, and put two services on the same cable, doubling the impact.

@BTC, @Aliv, go find a dictionary, and look up the word redundancy.

Umm. It is the job of the press to hold public figures accountable. They are a necessary part of the machine that is a nation. The second you say the press can't do this, can't do that, you are a failed state.

In other news, water is wet.

I haven't turned on my cable box in years, not sure why I'm even still paying for it. The Bahamas, just like the rest of the world, prefers streaming services and time-shifted viewing to traditional TV channels.

What do we have an abundance of in this country? Sunlight. What do we not have an abundance of in this country? Electricity.
What sort of simpleton looks at the above facts and decides that it is a good idea to grow plants inside a dark trailer, lit by artificial lights, powered by electricity.

Like selling ice to Eskimos.
