Kenia Batista Mir married Mr Kohlrautz, a man 51 years her senior, in 2009 very soon after he met her in Cuba during a brief social visit there. Their short marriage was very tumultuous, filled with much concern about his young wife’s behaviour and actions and they had been estranged for a considerable period prior to the time of his death in 2011.

so did he prepare another will revoking the over in the link above?

Mr Kohlrautz’s instructions upon his death were very clear. In particular, Mr Kohlrautz’s instructions with regards to his estranged wife were very detailed, direct and precise.

really? what does his sworn will say?

There is not, nor has there ever been, any formal challenge to the manner in which the estate was administered.

Why is it that some people seem to only be able to attack the messenger? Simply because one is ignorant does not change the facts. There many second, third, and even fourth-generation Bahamians not named Bain, Rolle or Bastian.

Furthermore, unless you have Indian blood you're not a real Bahamian anyway. Stop with the xenophobia already people and understand that it takes all sorts of people to build a community.

An attorney that purchases ANY asset at under-market price from an estate for which they are acting as executor and trustee is involved in a serious breach of ethics at the very least.

This is a serious matter and attacks against the rightful beneficiaries cannot change that.

Mr. Davis must answer this, and no amount of misleading rhetoric by Mr McKenzie can cover it up.

Listen up Bahamians, Phillip Davis is the DPM of this country and undoubtedly has aspirations to be it's PM. This cannot be simply swept under the carpet.

How is it that when people have the anonymity of an internet "handle" all social decorum seems to leave the discussion. Is this the way you speak to people face to face?

There are apparently a couple of bullies that post on these pages.

The one time civil Bahamians are able to sue and have government reverse ( apparently corrupt) development permissions, and there are those on here who's only comments are filled with vitriolic and racist statements. Do they not realize that it is their own rights as citizens that are being protected?
