Those prison buses must get their drivers from the Jitney pool...only downside is they are amped up because they got sirens blarring...there is NO need to run those buses at the speed they do. By all means, use your lights to pass traffic, but it's not an 'emergency', you don't have to drive recklessly and go 60-70 mph down congested streets.
I'm all for the castration concept for rapists...they are a unique breed and time and time again have shown no positive inclinations to reform and will usually repeat offend when back out of prison.turn them into eunuch!!

...or even worse...just turn on the Parliamentary Channel and listen to our 'educated' politicians!! I last about 10 seconds on that channel as I am surfing and my skin is crawling and I need to change the channel.
