As great as it sounds...I can't see the sheer scale of this paying any dividends...the movie fees and concessions fees will likely be so expensive, no one will be willing or able to go unless you are super rich...I will be quite happy to be proven wrong, i've been in setups like that around the world and it's amazing...but even the last man standing just now with Galleria/RND are more trouble than they are worth...Will have to check it out early on while they are riding the initial wave of novelty success.
BTC isn't profitable at 2/3's because it's still dealing with the dead weight of being a former government run entity with outrageous union contracts and demands.
Even if the plane had coverage in place, once the investigation shows he was carrying 'for hire' and that the pilot was not qualified, that claim will get denied faster than you can blink. Insurance null and void.
Make the insurance companies pay for damage to the property...even if a driver only has Third Party...that cover is designed to protect the OTHER party and compensate damage. If your car hits a pole, the government being the third party owning the lamp pole, should be compensated.
It's not the gasoline...it's the fumes/vapours...hence why the initial ploy to say the engine blew up was bullcrap. That boat blew from fuel vapours trapped in the bilge of the boat, likely from a tank or fitting leak, even looking at the damage to the Hard top on that boat, it was blown out from below, the deck was blown vertically UP...the engines were fine. Likely a short from a bilge pump or something turning on, and POOF...powder keg...

How is this even acceptable rhetoric? Comments like this, and many others that he has made in the past should get him fired.
