Not a single 'consultation with stake holders', in either wholesale, retail or pharmacies...yet they tell you all that bald face lie that 'after consulting with stakeholders'.. That's about the long and short of it. Particularly with the fresh fruit and veg and chilled/frozen meats, 15% just isn't even worth the effort or risk with spoilage and date issues.
This is just governments way to put a third party in between them and the end user, so that when the system goes does, which it does on a regular basis, you have a guessing game as to whose software has failed and everyone can start pointing fingers at each other and accomplish nothing.
The other issue here is that the transaction fees for your online transfers far exceed the cost of your old paper check...then you also have the problem of some banks not transmitting the notes for the transfer details which might list an invoice # or an account number that the payment is meant for...then the receiving company doesn't think you've paid your bill when in fact you have.
