The elephant in the room is that cruiseships, airlines and even hotels need to be completely redesigned with compartmentalized chambers and individual air flow systems to prevent the spread of this airborne virus between separate passengers and so that if there is an incident, like with a submarine, the infected compartment(s) can be sealed off from the remaining passenger areas. Think icecube tray instead of gallon jug.
This "project" is nothing but a Crown Land grab. Nothing to see here, move along. Remove the 500K acres from the equation and the VAT holiday and we'll talk.

I have to agree. Bahamas needs to put an end to people coming in and living off its sea like a free buffet. There should be a fish catch scale of $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 payable for each fish or conch caught according to the size and type of fish caught. Gone are the days of free Bahamas buffet, where tourists come in and load their coolers full with thousands of dollars worth of fish.
