She could of said no or she could of made up accusation of rape after a boyfriend or parent found out she was having sex with some stranger she just met. Maybe he didn't keep his promise & she wanted to punish him. Maybe he is just a criminal rapist. We don't know because the circumstances surrounding this incident are unusually. But because she's a female doesn't automatically give her credibility & him none.

What if she got busted having sex with a stranger & her boyfriend or parents found out & she cried rape. Or she's doing some payback for broken promise. Or she could of just been raped by a predator. we don't know, because the circumstances are unusual . I need more facts..

What makes her more believable than him or him than her what we have is he said she said.. We don't want to falsely accuse someone of rape. All we know is they had sex & an accusation of rape. The circumstances could be that of date rape or false allegations of rape. U found the man guilty without any facts. Now that's unfair given the circumstances, give him the same process u would want a male relative to receive. He may be guilty but there is a process.

We must wait on all the facts in this one we don't want to falsely accuse someone of rape anymore than we want to victimize victims of rape.

Alcohol & legal prescription drugs, lack of sleep, sickness all affect peoples ability to reason so his logic about marijuana being a detriment to us is nonsense. People are smoking weed regardless of its legality, lets get over that & if u look in the medicine cabinet of many its full prescription drugs they use legally to get them through their day. Threat it like alcohol legalize it, regulate it & lets move on.. On to more serious matters, Rev. Patterson what are u & others Minister going to do about a known child molester Randy Frasier starting a church? Are u going to organize protest & protect innocent children from abuse? What's the plan?

Our young men are just blowing each other away, it will only get worse with all the negative forces feeding this dysfunction, including a government who spends most of its time bickering over stupidity rather than dealing with serious matters.

This is all political mud slinging nothing to do with real issues, mindless inbreds fighting about who gets to be in power and robb us next. Tal, i'd be more concerned with people being murdered & arresting tourist for weed, hundreds of robberies, now that's bad for business. 37 murders this year & the recent rape of a 17:year old young lady. Those r things business people care about.. They care about taxes, profitability, safety, liability. Mindless chatter of 2 fools jockeying for power is worthless, we have some serious issues to deal with people are suffering, ain't got time for this... if our politician where really trying to serve the people they would be to busy dealing with issues to take part in this.
