the Chinese own us already so comments from Minnis has 0 meaning. The Chinese stay focus on the prize, the stuff we talk about is mindless chatter to them. The bible talks about the debtor is slave to the lender so our politicians are puppets on a string. U think China with its billion people, firing squads & communism is sitting around worried about comments made by one politician in its newly acquired colony, thats laughable.

How does it benefit the Bahamas to take our personal business & spread it to the world the way mitchell did.. 10 years ago, crime was bad in the early 80's when the American drug & gang problem became our problem. Many young men and women became intoxicated with American inner City and gang culture, the music, drug money, and we saw a spike in violence. A more violent form of reggae played on the street as well, as appose to our traditional music or musicians like BoB Marley. This did not help a young nation struggling to find its way. You add to this rises in teenage pregnancy, increase single parent homes, and just outright moral decay. Bad politics, corruption, poor education and the list goes on to add to this mess we have now. So what's different now than then, i'll tell you everyone has guns now. guuuuunnnnnssss... Nobody has to fight no more, guns everywhere for everyone to buy... We did not deal with the problem in its infancy now we have a epidemic of crime and violence..

Great, why not bring the tourist to the robbers & murderers instead of them having to travel all the way over the hill..
