If I was Baha Mar and a contractor spoke to the press bitching about payment, I'd fire him and get another one that knows when/where to speak about these type issues....
From what I know, Baha Mar holds payments due to contractors not delivering on work to be done, and thus Baha Mar is using late payments as leverage to get people to step up to do the work they say they were doing.....crappy and subpar work should be delayed until it is corrected or done right....plus even in other countries ALL projects have 30-90 even 120 day window of payment.....nothing new. Regular business practice...but then again Bahamians can't manage their money so no wonder they get in bind...welcome to the real world children!
interesting that you yourself default to not taking action, (mentioning names of people or confronting them) which is exactly what your purporting that wives, society, etc etc should be doing......accountability requires accountability of ones actions (regardless of how it comes around)...and in your case, you need to be accountable for your lack thereof...either confront these A** holes or tell their wives....
They are not "African-Americans", but rather "Black Americans"....the definition you use is both incorrect and politically correct. Very few of the Americans that are black came from Africa. Thus they are "Black Americans"....

What better way to send tourist to other countries than to ignore the pleas of your people and other nations for stronger crime control.....well done government of Bahamas! You've met your goals.
