What a joke....when the police say "“quickly” dial 919".....haha...has anyone tried calling the police or fire department recently? Really? No answers....50+ rings before someone picks up...or more common, calls don't go through....how about getting these departments to answer their damn phones! And even if you do reach someone, it's 30-60 minutes before they show up!
Funny that there are stamps here in Bahamas, but no one mails anything since the mail service is pretty much nonexistent....pittiful waste of talent to design this but majority of people will never see.....
So, is this the reason that when I buy milk on Wednesday, (that has a date 15 days from today it should be sold by), that it goes bad that following Friday?......
Hmmm, lets see....most high end posts in govt and within BEC are held by cronies of the PM and visa versa....think renewable energy will ever get a foot hold in this banana country? Doubt it....too many A**'s to cover and pay for......

that quote of "....between $50m and $500m to overhaul the Bahamas Electricity Corporation" is dependent on how many politicians want to partake in taking monies from the project....thus the wide range of monies.....damn. Usually people, when giving quotes say "between $50M and 65M"....not "50m and 500m"! absurd! corrupt! stupid! Ignorant! Thieves!
