I just wanted to ask, when you suggest the illegal Haitian’s are abandoning their children / or the children are deliberately orphaned?

Is there evidence of this?

More like well in excess of a billion dollars

A defence force friend told me that in one area alone there are 116 bodies lined up , waiting for bags.

One car had seven dead people in it, looked like a family.

He says the smell of death is overpowering. And sadly many of the dead are young children.

Why did this happen like this. We have so many capable people, and so many amazing homes and buildings. We have ferries and barges etc. We could have had all those people out of harms way.

We need to figure out how to deal with these risks ahead of time. And how to get our people to safety, with or without the governments help. Clearly they , the government, are not quick enough to act.

Government could have conscripted every boat and plane in the country. Either before the storm, or right after.

Why is this going so badly.

Don’t need a plan to send mail boats. All you need is the will. The government could have conscripted the mail boats in 15 minutes and sent them. Obviously they didn’t want to.
Perhaps it’s because there was no where to take the people.

Don’t these guys ever quit. How many must die, and for what?

To kill like this is to prove without a doubt that you a non thinking individual, lower isn stature than any other living organism.

Real death toll exceeds a thousand people and the government knows it.

This idea of evacuation legislation sound good

But not realistic. There were not enough shelters in Abaco, not grand Bahama either.

And if a big one hits nassau, where you gonna put 300,000 plus people

What a jackass. As if anyone is making false reports.

Things are so bad no report could be false

Solutions sure, but admit where we are and tackle the problems we can , and in some logical order.

Talking fool about achieving bliss when you can’t even reach up high enough to touch bottom is just ridiculous.
