Your talking about the worst area of Canada. ( Where diversity is there strength). But you know the most of the country is safe

One has to wonder what it is that the average bahamian fears regarding the citizenship of these children of the "unwed"?

Pride of the land/country is unlikely as judged by the garbage thrown about by our citizenry.

Pride and concern for the environment, even less likely , as a bove we dump garbage everywhere, oil too, dig away our hills , bleach our coral reefs, etc

Is it for selfish reasons? More land for me?

We have next to no pride when it comes to our work ethic and production.

No concern for our fellow citizens, we seem more likely to be shot than helped by a neighbor.

We don't care about the education of our citizenry now , so it would seem we needent worry about diluting the education effectiveness. Same for healthcare.

I think one could make an argument that for the most pArt , people from almost anywhere else would likely be better citizens than the majority we have.

We certainly could welcome any dilution of our gene pool.

The only time an aged docent is considered as gospel is if it's a constitutional document.

In all other cases, society happily endorses recent facts, modern society and modern point of view.

If there is one document that should be seen to seen to require frequent update it is the constitution of a democracy.

There is no other example of historical beliefs trumping the evolution of thought or addition of information.

This is an example of pure dogma

Why would anyone want any society want to follow a document written people who lived in another era, under different circumstances?

The idiology of considering a constitution, as the best source of guiding principles, purporting the principals should persist indefinitely, serves only to anchor any dogmas of the past to the future of a nation. Quite possibly the worst means of hampering development and prosperity of a nation!

While our constitution is fairly young, it's still a far cry from the from a document presenting the best ideas of our time. Unlike others, I'm thankfulll we don't have a near ancient constitutional document like some of the older democracies, which have essentially enshrined the mindset from an irrelevant past into modern society.

The dinosaurs are dead and gone, so are the cowboys; yet Americans , some of them still walk around with a gun on there hip. And it's legal because of an antiquated constitution!

Tell me folks, do you feel more comfortable being in America with the fun toting idiots, or in Canada ?

It's worth questioning the motives of anyone who supports the practice of following outdated principles.

Lol. Just how much of the billions borrowed was used to " save the most vulnerable". Maybe 5%. The other 95% was wasted running the dead ass government and supporting crony capitalism.

Chucky says...

It's a laugh. Especially the elitist part, as our best brightest and wealthiest would be out of business in a minute if the foreign companies could come. Foreigners grocery for instance could provide us with fresh foods And lower prices and still profit more than our bumbling grocers.
When I lived in Canada while going to school I never found 1 item out of stock or any rotten milk or mouldy bread. Not once was I disappointed in a grocery store. Here, everything is a gamble.

Ammaka Russell, how to start a response, oh, here's a way:

Are you really suggesting that our problems would improve if we only had better quality expats?

Have you ever asked yourself if perhaps other nations might have picked themselves up off the ground and developed their own nations without expats.

Maybe our problem is not the expats, maybe, just maybe it's us?

While you're sitting there typing on your computer thought of and developed by citizens of another nation, manufactured by yet another nation, powered by generators sourced from another nation, burning fuel from yet another nation, eating food , drinking drinks , living in a home, driving a car, wearing clothes etc etc etc all from another nation.

In fact, if it weren't for every other nation we would all still be carrying spears running through the field chasing game for supper and living in our mud huts.

You can count bahamian invention and contribution to this world on one hand.

We have what we have because of the expertise and hard work of citizens from all over the world.

Stop being ungrateful, try and learn about where everything we have comes from.
.

Rather than expending effort and hot air trying to exclude others; remember all that we have is because of other countries.

Maybe you should try figuring out what it is that you yourself can contribute to the world. And maybe, if you can find something to contribute, and you do a good job, maybe you will set an example And others will follow.

Nations that are wealthy and "first world" , are wealthy and first world because they created it.

At best, our shining stars here in bahamaland capitalize on the products and services created in other nations. I.e rent jetskis invented in Japan, sell clothes and other goods made in china, sell groceries grown / manufactured in USA etc

I'd bet that our GDP contains less than 1% truly bahamian generated out, ie maybe growing pineapples for example.

The road to a prosperous nation starts with country full of many thinkers and producers. At this point in time we need every one we can get.

Maybe one day we will be leaders in enough disciplines that the money will start rolling in. Untill then we should be grateful for what we have, and appreciate those who come to help.

Next time you open your refrigerator, or turn on your ac, maybe you should pause and think about why you have them, rather than taking it for granted.

Remember not a single prosperous economy has ever existed as a one way street. And as much as some bahamians think there should be a big bin at the airport for the tourists to drop off their money so we can prosper, it will be much easier And quicker to figure out how we can all ad value to the world, in fact, that is the only way it's possible.

Perhaps you had better take the "cure stupid pill "

Chucky says...

What in particular do you want source information on.
I can provide

Chucky says...

For all of history, sex and gender have been used interchangeably.

It has been accepted that there were two genders ; is male and female, other than in an extremely rare case a mixup genetically of chromosomes cause a scientifically recognized anomaly of mixed/dual gender person ( you can develop looking male, but actually have two x chromosomes and a fraent of y , and therefore be scientifically female)

But we're not really talking about that.

What the leftists nuts are doing , is hijacking language ( yes a social construct) for the purpose of normalizing both gender disphoria ( previously considered a mental disorder) and perverse and generally sexually deviant choices , by simply trying to bully us to change what we've always thought and accepted the words gender and sex to mean.

Why didn't these people come up with new names for their sexual preferences ? Why do they want there 59 plus "genders".

Seems to me nobody should be hassled or discriminated for any reason.
Gender disphoria did not vanish, though the associated stigma should have.
Sexually deviant people have always existed. But I don't see why they need to pervert existing and long accepted word use to try to normalize and force acceptance of their behavior
At best , if keep to themselves , their deviant behavior could have been hidden and not judged . But there exists no reason for them to assume it should be accepted by all people as normal and ok. And I don't want to know what these deviants are doing.
We've had to exist with pedophiles attacking our children of the Catholic church forever, and it's an endless battle to police and try to prevent this from occuring.
Why would we want to accept this perverse attack on our sensibilities, why would we allow for our children to be taught that the depraved ways of these sexually devient people are normal and should be accepted.
Why promote this.
What's next?, Next generation are we going to face an effort to normalize and accept paedophilia?

I say keep your sick and depraved behavior to yourselves.
Nobody will know, keep away from our children and there shall be no victim but yourselves.
Nobody
A man can not be a woman , and can never really know what it is to be a woman. Aan cannot , regardless of how many surgeries every experience menstruation and child birth , not any of what goes along with it.
And a woman can never experience what it is to be a man.
Sure you can have some surgion made genitals.
And you certainly cannot become a "they".

How stupid are these freaks?
Apparently, their supporter's stupidity knows no bounds.

If there is one case where wing nut ideas need being stomped out it's this one.

Get lost freaks , keep it to yourselves.

Chucky says...

"He added that the country has “to be careful that one branch of government doesn’t denigrate another branch.”"

Yes its true, and very important, because all branches of government are part of the same mission, that is to confiscate the wealth of the people and nation and keep the people under control.

If our branches of government start bickering, they each risk loosing the respect of the people, and thus eroding the control of the masses.

It's just that simple...
