the right to vote , "the greatest reward to citizens"..... what a laugh

At best, voting legitimizes the elected, who we all know are elected due to no better candidates to vote for.

The elected, time and time again prove to be nothing but corrupt a*holes who are serving any interest but those of the majority.

Voting is not a privilege or reward for the citizen, but rather a fraudulently obtained rubber stamp of approval for the elected. A license to lie , cheat and steal, fill the pockets of their cronies and to legislate more and more rules to control those citizens who's lives they are destroying.

Good point.

Also, don't forget that if climate change is an issue worth worrying about, why are people cruising around in sport fishing boats burning 40 gallons of fuel per hour ; as you say in the pursuit of sport fishing, not even food.

Lol it's all such a joke, or it would be if it weren't so sad

On End this slaughter

Any person, reporter, politician, civilian or otherwise, who dares write about "Russian interfering in USA or other elections" needs to first acknowledge and chastize usa for all it's regime change endeavors. And if they don't, they might as well openly admit they are not credible.

USA, for all it's wars faught in the promotion of "freedom and democracy" ; well as it turns out, actually usa is the greatest threat to freedom and democracy. USA has caused and committed or funded more coups and overthrows around the globe than any other nation in history.

Not to mention all the deaths in the wake of the wars faught to 'promote freedom and democracy": like the 1.5 million civilian deaths during the Iraq war.
What about the "civil war in Syria", the world knows usa and it's allies were behind this. And nobody thinks it is or ever was a civil war anyhow. We know it's hired mercenary's, remember the white helmets. You know how you know it's not a civil war, syrians are fleeing their country, but they're able to take there money with them. Syrians refugees are landing in Canada and other countries and imediately buying houses. Well during a real civil war, if a government is fighting it's people, they would never allow departure with capital. All would have been siezed. Just Google Syrian refugees buying homes.

USA and it's allies who are either participants or complicit via silence in these regime change endeavors are not to be trusted.

Noteworthy, regime change is not the only weapon usa and it's allies use to gain control of nations, they are equally adept at using created crisis as means towards economic enslavement of nations via sovereign debt offerings, reserve currency warfare and many other tactics.

Who knows what it will be like if and when china unseats usa as the world's top superpower. But one thing is true, china will have to be really really nasty to considered worse than usa.

Are you really suggesting that a position held by a foreigner, with a university degree and years of experience with sophisticated state of the are companies can simply come to the Bahamas and train one of our under educated people to do the same job in a year or two?
Take engineering for example, do suppose that a Bahamian that goes abroad to study, becomes an engineer, and then comes home and works for a local company has the same qualifications as an engineer working for a large usa corporation?
The american engineer might have been involved in 20 large bridge design projects, and the Bahamian none.
See the difference.
Sadly the same goes for all professions. Do you think a doctor a a local clinic will ever have the experience of a top doctor at the high end private hospitals in usa. And do you think that top usa doctor can come here and in a couple of years pass off that knowledge to a Bahamian doctor. Trust me, even if the hypothetical top doctor came here and held the bahamian doctors hand 24 hrs a day for a couple of years, the knowledge transfer cannot pass that quickly. And being logical, any expat hired is busy running the show, and taxed by managing an underskilled laborforce; most certainly doesn't have all that much time to train a under educated bad ass attitude bahamian.
Every advancement we've had in the last 50 years has been because of, not in spite of foreign labour and investment.
IF you want to maintain the status quo as generated by our fellow bahamians than you had better like the rotten milk and mouldy bread that our gazillionaire bahamian friends who own the food stores are selling you.

You see the problem is, our wealthy only want the pie, the whole pie, they don't care how good it is, they just want it all. Theyre not motivated to improve, because they get it all.

Are you kidding!?

Terry White (NPDCO) owns almost 3000 acres of western new Providence. At 4 lots per acre you could house 100,000 people on that land alone. Never mind you could get triple that easily with high density.

There is no problem in new Providence related to supply and demand. The problem is there is an uneducated workforce which won't allow for economic expansion, so not enough high paying jobs to afford what it really Costa to service land and build a decent home.

Your numbers are laughable. For those numbers you talking ghetto or barely better than chanty town crap.

They " disappeared her". No body, no accusations. Simply they can't have anyone face rape accusations, much less from a mere immigrant.
