If the companies can’t afford to give the employees a pension, how does it make sense that employees fund it?

I.e. it’s ultimately salary salary that must fund retirement , in one form (paychecks) or (paycheck and pension) . If employers can’t afford it, then clearly salary alone won’t allow the individual to fund it.

It’s a fool who appoints a corporate member to design the retirement system for the employees. Corporations want to pay as little as they can, their obvious goal is to offload any costs, they only care about the production of any given current employee and want to pay as little for that as possible. What thinking person would want to trust someone of corporate mindset to set up their retirement future when you are clearly no longer producing for the corporation. Again, when you’re working for the corporation they barely want to pay you, why would they do anything to ensure you have money once put out to pasture.

Why not end climate change too , since you’re obviously fixing things that can’t be controlled by man.
Maybe when you’re done you could go on speaking tours, charge a lot, tell people how to fix things.

Doing God’s work? Is this suggesting that god is not doing it?

If you’re changing outcomes you are going against gods divine plan.

Let see you do something good without collecting money from the people and then we can see what you’re really made of.

One can only assume that god wants them back.

Seems people aren’t really “god fearing” and don’t really believe “they’re in a better place”.

Ultimately, nobody really believes , can’t blame them, it’s just plain silly!

I'm always amazed at how these deals manage to get done despite all the horrific consequences that seem to be known in advance. Seems there are some (many) that are willing to sellout the rest for some monetary gain.

Anything done for religious reasons means more if its truly worth doing, and is done because you believe in it, rather than because "the bible says so".
The bible as a source for morals is one thing, but if its your only excuse for doing something your are an unguided sole!

Though I agree 100% that wto membership will be bad for us. We are not a producer in need of more market access. (Which is what they claim those deals to be about)

Sadly it’s really going to be a loss of sovereign control of issues that hits us hardest if we join.

What a backwards comment. Why would any thinking person suggest they look forward to any particular gender filling any particular role; how about looking forward to having the most qualified person, and given the role mentioned why not also hope for an honest hardworking and not politically motivated person.

Gender equality means the door is open for all to compete for the opportunity. Gender equality does not equate to equal representation in outcome, I.e. same number of women as men in every profession regardless of skill or experience.

This politically correct garbage will lead to our downfall if not kept in check.
