Stop abuse, but go ahead an rape your wife.......It is the religious freaks that do most of the sexual abuse in this world.
The catholic church has the market cornered, no other institution in history has committed and covered up so much sexual abuse and the abusers.

Religion is fine, on an individual basis, but organized religion is the bain to the world. Every seen a pastor or preacher drive Mercedes, big house etc etc It's god's will right?

“Give Bahamians an opportunity”

Very typical statement from a Bahamian, notice it always starts with “give”

Forget about having to earn anything

One thing I notice is that this gentleman had decided to make his home and investment in the Bahamas. He was committed, and has routes here, yet sadly he can only be described as a "resident".
Why don't we allow people who come here and invest and commit to our country to have a path to citizenship? These are the types of people we need and want, almost all other countries have a path to citizenship.

Clearly there is more to this story than has been told. Nobody gets killed deliberately for no reason, he must have been involved in something?

Chucky says...

#“Why is it that everyone else could come to this country and succeed, except Bahamians?

Simple question , answer very simple, our education is below par, between poor family values and lack of structure to deliberate government keeping education dumbed down, we generate a populace with way below standard people.
It’s really simple, people from other countries are much brighter and harder working, how are we supposed to compete against that.
I have two degrees, but my experience is limited to working here at home for Bahamian companies who are by no means cutting edge, so even with two degrees, a foreigner with the same and working for top foreign companies has way better experience and outshines me every way possible.

We are like a country of dinosaurs , who resist the only examples of first world we get to experience, that is foreign exposure.

Chucky says...

why is everyone always asking for more laws, different laws, changes by government etc etc
Cant we see that the more they have legislated, and the more they have changed things, the worse it has gotten.
If we could have 1 wish, I'd wish for the undoing of so many things done since independence...

Everything government touches gets worse.

Chucky says...

Oh the old argument about new economic benefits of legalization. That’s a farce, if that’s your argument why not legalize everything?
And if people presumably are buying and using now, the economic benefits already exist.

We have enough problems from legal alcohol , why do we want to ad more?

When will the moral decline stop.

Chucky says...

How do you increase Bahamian ownership of government assets. It’s not possible, as if the government owns it, it belongs to all Bahamians.
This is just code for wealth transfer to rich friends.
