Here’s another disadvantage: Most of those other tourist destinations also have electricity. And they don’t slam tourists with an 18% “gratuity” on top of a 12% VAT just for jamming some burgers into a sack at the counter at Wendy’s.

There has long been a shortage of nurses in the U.S., they are hiring them from all around the world — a lot of them from the Philippines. The pay is way better in Atlanta than Nassau, and it is far cheaper to live in Atlanta than Nassau.
