Well, Mr. McCartney, I certainly agree with everything that you've stated in your message. But the problem is, the majority of Bahamian people don't. First of all, you need to realize that Bahamians love "slackness"! That's why we voted for a slack government. The majority of us are "hapless"! That's why we voted for a hapless government. If you really think about it, the Bahamian government is nothing more than an extension of the Bahamian people. In other words, the same practices that we criticize our government for, we conduct those very same practices in our everyday personal lives. We are a procrastinating, selfish, ignorant, short-sighted people, void of any critical thinking skills. The very same people criticizing the PLP are the very same people that placed them in office. Everyone knows that Perry Christie and the PLP Government are incapable of governing the Bahamas with any sort of sense; that's how the FNM government got into power in the first place. Yet for some strange, selfish, nonsensical reason, the masses of Bahamians voted them into power. So I ask you... do you think these very same illiterates are going to endorse the radical changes you are proposing by voting for a government that's actually serious about turning our country around? I think not. That would require too much brain power.
As the adage goes, "people get the Government that they deserve". Don't try to help them Bran! Stupid is what stupid does.

Huh??? What do you mean, "nobody with common sense listens to a word he says"?
Darron Cash has a valid argument in this case. I respect Brave Davis to a certain degree, but his comments were selfish, idiotic and inflammatory to all Bahamians. Anyone and everyone with common sense should echo the sentiments of Mr. Cash.

If I were a criminal; the mere sight of these clowns walking the streets with boat paddles would only serve to encourage me. I'm beginning to think maybe I'm in the wrong line of work.

Does Dr. Hubert Minnis realize that these very same problems existed while his FNM party was in power? Does he realize that the FNM also proved incapable of dealing with much of the critical issues that plague our country? Either he doesn't realize this, or he really thinks we are fools.

@The_Oracle. You're so right. The truth is, we the Bahamian people are responsible for the state of our nation. If I remember correctly... the majority of Bahamian people voted for these clowns.

@justthefactsplease. Thank you. Point well taken.
