This is an awful story! Very very sad! This young lady was obviously in distress and the nurses disregarded their duties and allowed her to die without rendering intervention. This is gross negligence. It sounds like she was experiencing acute respiratory failure. Nurses should have assessed her oxygen saturations and place her on a non- rebreather mask or a Venti mask. Even a high-flow nasal cannula or a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine would have helped. They should have conducted an Arterial Blood Gas to determine if she was experiencing Respiratory Acidosis. She needed a stat EKG, a Metabolic panel and a Hemogram panel drawn immediatley. What the devil are those nurses doing at PMH??? Wow! This is negligence, causation, harm, foreseeability, and dereliction of duty! All the necessary components needed for a lawsuit.
For God’s sake y’all please stop being so stupid. Stupidity is as contagious as the virus itself! So please stop spreading it! No one in the Bahamas is at fault or to blame for the Coronavirus outbreak! It’s a global healthcare crisis to which everyone is subject! No one is immune, and no one is exempt. Whether or not the authorities reopened the boarders, infection and related deaths are going to be inevitable. It was only a matter of time. When was the last time any of you read any scientific literature related to epidemiology or disease occurrences? This is not the first time the World has dealt with a pandemic. But it is the first time the Bahamas has had to deal with one of this magnitude! The coronavirus is a highly contagious, virulent, airborne respiratory pathogen and we are a small, island nation. We live on an over crowded island which creates unique obstacles for government and healthcare officials. Mistakes are going to be made, and we must learn quickly as we go. Talking nonsense and exemplifying stupidity doesn’t help!
Lol. Why you mad at Brave??? He’s only doing what all Bahamian politicians do! Don’t you remember Perry Christie did the same thing when he got sick??? He flew straight to Atlanta! Lol lol lol.
Lol I’m really enjoying this story! Lol. Can you guys tell? It’s strategic and tactful the way Brave Davis and other politicians play the Bahamian public like the fools they are. They entice you with all the rubbish y’all dumb asses like to hear.... only to get your vote so that they can align themselves and their family members with the best opportunities available! You have my applaud Brave! Bravo! Bravo! Well played!
Every time I see your short, stumpy, porky, fat, little fingers sticking out of the suit in the House of Assembly telling lies and talking rubbish out of that pig snout, I can only laugh!
I just love when these politicians show their true colors and make Jack-Asses out of these stupid Bahamians who are gullible enough to believe anything that comes out of their mouths!! Lol lol lol!!! Good one Brave!! You fool these dumb Bahamians good!! Lol lol lol! I love it!!
Oh? Do tell. Who was the last government that Bahamians expressed confidence in? We’ve been changing government now for some time. And there is now talk about doing it again. We just removed to PLP from office, and now we’ve forgotten why we did that, and now we’re considering putting them back. That doesn’t seem like a people who possess confidence in a government.
Honest? Admitted to his mistakes? lol. Dr. Sands was caught in a scandal and when he couldn’t deceive the public anymore he had to come clean. That’s what happened. No honesty there. Damage control, maybe. But not honesty. He sought to circumvent the law for his own benefit and was caught. The PM didn’t want to fire him, but his actions were too egregious to ignore.
