Cobalt says...

How ironic.

Everyone who's complaining are the very same ones who voted for the PLP and Fred Mitchell.
You're getting exactly what you voted for Bahamas! You reap what you sow! Deal with it.

No one's surprised.
Anything the PLP government puts their hands on, fails.
No one in their right mind anticipated Perry and his PLP entourage's presence in this matter would help to solve anything. It was just another waste of the tax payers money.
Disaster after disaster. Failure after failure. That's the PLP.

Didn't Perry Christie tell us everything was well just before Baha Mar filed for bankruptcy?
This man's word has absolutley NO credibility.

Cobalt says...

Well??? The Bahamian people must really like her seeing that they voted her into power.

I can't be angry with her. I blame these same people you see walking around here. They voted her in. And now they're walking around here grumbling. Typical Bahamian.

Is Mr. Hall a pastor or a social-political activist???

I truly admonish both he and other religious leaders to focus on the affairs of the church rather than meddling in civic and political affairs. The church, as I see it, has its own issues to contend with. The second coming of Christ Jesus is almost here, yet the Saints are not prepared. Bishop Hall needs to focus on restoring the Saints

Cobalt says...

Ahh Lord. Don't do Mr. Dean like dat. He's a nice man. He can't help the way he looks.

But you're right. Placing an increased number of police officers on the streets won't curtail the crime problem. The homes are the problem. The moral fiber that once held our homes together has been destroyed. Parents are no longer raising their children in the ways and teachings of The Lord. Thus, the homes have become a farming ground for criminal activity. Until parents properly raise their children, crime will continue to spiral out of control.

Cobalt says...

Bingo!!! You've hit the nail right on the head!

Too many Bahamians sell their votes for political sustenance!! Rather than educating themselves to the point of self reliance, they've confined themselves to a lazy mentality where they want something for nothing!

The problem with this pattern of behavior is that it renders you hopeless and completely dependent on the government; leaving one vulnerable and doomed to a life of poverty.
And then the very same perpetual pattern repeats itself with the next generation of those born to unintelligent, uneducated parents.

Oh I'm sure that there is nothing to worry about. I'm certain that we are all safe. After all.... Bernard Nottage and Keith Bell have declared that crime is down and their government should not be judged on crime statistics alone.

I wonder how they would feel if the FNM started erecting crime billboards around the island including the paradise island bridge.

Why is it that we can't hear from stink mouth Bradley Roberts on this matter?

Perry Christie made it quite clear to all Bahamians what his priorities were when he honored China by dressing up as a Chinese emperor at the Junkanoo festival.

This, coupled by the fact that he insulted Mr. Izmirilian by questioning his mental status, tells us all we need to know about Perry's intentions. The Bahamas Government is in bed with the Chinese, and that alone is a risky state of affairs. Chinese products are always fake or of low quality! The national stadium that they just built using Chinese made materials, is already rusting. This is why Mr. Izmirilian has a problem with their workmanship.
