Not one, not two but 12 hysterical rants by Porcupine. We need relief from this hysteria.

The USA is the source of oil and gas that the Bahamas consumes in great quantities every day. A lot from drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
Some Americans are telling us not to be independent. What hypocrisy!

ColumbusPillow says...

How much did you pay Ballyhoo for this stunt?

ColumbusPillow says...

Porcupine, you need to take a pill.

LyndonPindlimg thank you for your much informed voice of opinion.
The Government of Bahamas has a signed agreement with BPC to ascertain that there is commercial deposits of oil or natural gas in the Bahamas. BPC does not have the authorization to produce a drop of oil without government authorization!

For a mob of crazy, hysterical environmentalists to try to kill this test is absolute lunacy and would destroy the interest of foreign interests to ivest in this blessed country.
I know of no country in the world that has ever revoked drilling licenses without cause!

ColumbusPillow says...

Please publish a list of countries that have banned oil exploration. I do not know of any.
Enough hysteria,

FYI Venezuela is a communist country.
The people of Trinidad, a fellow Caribbean country, took it upon themselves to buy up the assets of Shell Trinidad and Texaco to guarantee their future by having a national oil company.
That took foresight....which appears to be lacking in the environmental activists of the Bahamas!.
