FYI; sea level is not rising appreciably and CO2 at 0.04% of our atmosphere, cannot effect climate, it is plant food. And as the Australians have discovered;"renewables are not any solution. Please learn some geoscience.

For the sake of the mental health of our children, please stop this hysteria! An overwhelming number of qualified geoscientists state that there is no climate emergency. There is no evidence from tidal gauges for any significant change in sea level. The +3.2C change in global warming has been shown to be the result of very bad computer modelling. There is actually a lot of evidence that we are at the beginning of another ice age.Remember 20X more people die in cold weather than in warm. 300,000 families in Germany who cannot afford to pay their electricity bills will be at serious risk this winter..

Firstly "carbon" or CO2 constitutes a miniscule 0.04% of our atmosphere. It has very little to do with affecting climate..Note that Nassau rests on 20,000' of carbonate rocks, 50% of which is CO2
Secondly CO2 is not a pollutant, it is plant food. Reduce CO2, no plants and no oxygen generation and no life on this planet!
Thirdly, renewable power from solar panels and windmills cost twice what fossil fuel power costs,no country can survive unless it has access to cheap power.

facts, not hoaxes. Sea level is dropping near Greta's home town Stockholm (land is rising) and Miami Beach is dropping (formerly a marsh) making it appear that sea level is rising. Average global temperatures have not risen in the last 20 years. Cost of wind and solar electricity generation is DOUBLE that of using fossil fuels..

Climate Central is not a reputable source of information on sea level change. Tidal gauges show almost no sea level change. Please no more fear-mongering!

This climate change hysteria is nonsense. Carbon dioxide is plant food. More carbon dioxide more food! Global temperature has been dropping over the last 20 years.
Regarding re-newables, solar panels must be replaced at ungodly costs to the environment by toxic chemicals. Bahamas salty air is very corrosive making solar panels unacceptably expensive. Windmill electricity is unreliable. So what's the next choice??.

Where is the evidence for this emergency?
It certainly not in sea level rise, nor in global temperature change in the last 20 years, nor in the reduced frequency of hurricanes hitting Bahamas... although Dorian was a beast.
Mass hysteria is gripping the planet. What is most concerning is the manipulation of children who know no geology. A comment from one child " We've read all the science" is so telltale.
