While Foulkes et co. keep paying voluminous lip service to the 'shanty town' and immigration problem, it continues to grow by leaps and bounds, including constant building and expanding within, more illegal and illicit thriving businesses within, more undocumented persons, work permits being granted into perpetuity and ever increasing numbers of Bahamians being deprived of decent education, medical and social services.

How can it be decriminalized if one is fined for it's possession? One should not be fined if one is doing nothing illegal. Don't like this model.
