These labour unions, their bosses and their members have long gone from the lazy and self-entitled to the corrupt and criminal. It is high time they and their nefarious activities are curtailed and prosecuted by a non-corrupt CID unit and court (if such even exist).

It is a sick, sad situation indeed and the entire Government, and past governments, should be ashamed of themselves. It is more than deplorable when huge amounts of unionized overtime are paid out, supposedly due to a shortage of staff, while at the same time critical equipment malfunctions, one blamed on the Government run, unionized electrical corporation. We are indeed a third world banana republic run by one government after another of "all for me baby" politicians and their civil servants. These people do not even know how to send out bills to their patients and collect oustanding debt. SMT.

Is he nuts? The U.S. is one of the few countries in the world that grants automatic citizenship to people birthed in its country. Why don't his people go have their babies in the U.S? Perhaps he should apply for citizenship there himself.

More union unrest. Is it contagious? Is the pot being stirred across the Country? The bottom line when considering the pros and cons of trade unions, it that the union chiefs profit at an overall substantially high cost to both the employer AND the employee.

That's UNsustainable! It is high damn time these elected officials put their money where their mouths are, set an example and stop being so afraid of losing the votes of the mollycoddled civil servants. Many of them act just like the irresponsible public servants for whom they are responsible. This set has already lost two years. They really do need to buck up if they ever intend to make a difference.
