Quite right, just one more example in the LONG list of governmental inefficiency. The sort thing that happens under both governments. The thing is, soooo much money is paid to soooo many people to keep services running, from M.P.'s and Ministers right on down the line. No-one is ever called to task for these failures, the buck is just passed along. By the way, not International, I believe.
