Strategically placed trash bins, emptied daily, might help. Suggested this several times to consecutive M.P.s in our community but alas, too much trouble. It would take a bit of organization and the commitment to keep on top of it. Not sure that's in our DNA!

I was recently told that the couple of "landscaping" workers on the Disney Abaco Cay are currently working two days a week. Like the politicians, the Disney and other cruise ship promoters LIE. They are even destroying the beautiful ancient city of Venice. Avarice knows no bounds.
