Seriously, these politicians have to stop wasting millions on buildings only to let them rot after a few years due to lack of maintenance and insurance. That would, of course entail replacing some of the 50 odd per cent with sensible, industrious beings who actually care about the survival of the buildings from which they provide their friendly and most efficient civil service.
