URCA is a do-nothing bureaucracy. Whenever Freeport has is better than what Nassau have. When electricity got too high we protest. We are not suffering from the constant outages that exist in Nassau.
It strange for the IMF to comment on propose agenda items of a political candidates. I assume they will also be perusing the platform of all the parties participating in the next election to make sure they add up to their capitalistic ideals. As for as the IMF is concern, the ideal country is one that is purely capitalistic with no social program. Any help that will benefit the poor is frown upon.

I look forward to someone other than a lawyer leading this country. Beware of lawyers they put burdens on men that they themselves don't want to bear.

I am an independent with zero bias and a whole lot of common sense. The logic is simple. If you force me to go to dinner with you, you should have the common decency to pay for it.
